Deposit fee is required to schedule any appointments and/or retreats. Clients have 48 hours from the time of deposit to cancel and receive full refund. After 48 hours the deposit fee will be retained. Full payment is required within 30 days prior to retreat and is not refundable. If retreat is cancelled within 30 days prior funds may be applied to another retreat scheduled within 30 days and booked within a year, minus the deposit. We reserve the right to change the price of tuition.
